Job descriptionDevelop and execute the analytics strategy aligned with business goals and objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements. Conduct in-depth data analysis to extract actionable insights from structured and unstructured data sources. Utilize statistical modeling techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization. Oversee the creation of clear and impactful data visualizations and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure the delivery of timely and accurate reports that support informed decision-making. Establish and enforce data quality standards to ensure the accuracy and reliability of analytical findings. Implement and maintain data governance practices to safeguard sensitive information. Stay abreast of emerging analytics technologies and tools; recommend and implement improvements to existing analytics infrastructure. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e. g., Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics). 7+ years of experience in data analysis, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role. Proficient in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as SQL, Python, or R. Experience with data visualization tools (e. g., Tableau, Power BI). Strong understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning concepts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
