Proven experience in sales operations within a BPO environment
Expertise in managing large sales teams and complex data sets
Knowledge of industry-specific sales processes and best practices
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Strong analytical mindset with ability to analyze data from various reports
Experience working with large datasets
Understanding of sales processes, KPIs, and methodologies
Expertise in implementing and structuring sales incentive plans
Proficient in data analysis tools, CRM systems, and incentive management software
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks

Implement and administer sales incentive programs
Accurately calculate commissions by analyzing sales data
Collaborate with clients and monitor program effectiveness
Work with client sales leadership to define objectives and strategy
Maintain incentive plans including metrics, targets, payout structures
Analyze sales data to assess performance and identify trends
Align incentive plans with business goals and sales strategies
Communicate plan details to sales teams and provide training
Track performance against incentive metrics and publish results
Manage incentive calculation systems for accurate payouts
Collaborate with finance, HR, and sales operations for smooth implementation
