Position : Salesforce Developer

Experience : 5–8 years

Location : Remote / Delhi NCR (Preferred)

Type : Full-time

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5–8 years of hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, integrations , and Salesforce customizations. The candidate should be skilled in delivering scalable, secure solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and customize using Apex, LWC, Visualforce , and Salesforce APIs
Configure objects, workflows, validation rules, flows , and approval processes
Handle integrations with external systems via REST / SOAP APIs & middleware
Work with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices & coding standards
Manage deployments and release cycles using CI / CD tools
Stay current with Salesforce updates and recommend improvements

Required Skills :

5–8 years in Salesforce development

Strong in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML / CSS

Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules

Experience with integration tools (Mulesoft, Jitterbit, Boomi – a plus)

Hands-on with DevOps tools (Copado, Git, ANT, etc.)

Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory) ; Dev II preferred

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
