ROLE DESCRIPTION
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to sell our conference room, meeting room, event space, networking events, workshops and services in our cafe to corporate clients and event organizers in and around MG Road. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and drive sales growth for our co-working and cafe services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales and Business Development :
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities for our conference room, meeting room, event space, and cafe services.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and decision-makers.
3. Conduct site visits, presentations, and pitches to showcase our spaces and services.
4. Negotiate and close deals that meet or exceed sales targets.
Client Relationship Management :
1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
2. Understand client needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions.
3. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services.
Market Research and Intelligence :
1. Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
2. Gather and analyze market intelligence to inform sales strategies.
Collaboration and Reporting :
1. Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and campaigns.
2. Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
REQUIRNMENT
1. 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry (events, hospitality, or co-working spaces).
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
5. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Nice to Have :
1. Knowledge of the MG Road area and existing relationships with corporate clients or event organizers.
2. Experience with event planning and management.
3. Familiarity with cafe and hospitality services.
