Job descriptionDevelop and implement medical policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational goals. Establish quality benchmarks and monitor adherence to healthcare regulations and best practices. Oversee risk management and ensure patient safety across all clinical services. Monitor and assess trends in healthcare and medical research to integrate advancements into clinical practices. Foster a culture of innovation in medical services to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Evaluate and adopt new technologies and methodologies to maintain the organization's competitive edge. Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring efficient resource utilization and high-quality care delivery. Lead recruitment, training, and professional development of medical staff. Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies as needed. Serve as a liaison between the medical team and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Represent the organization in medical forums, conferences, and regulatory discussions. Build partnerships with external stakeholders, including hospitals, research organizations, and regulatory bodies. Ensure the delivery of patient-centered care, focusing on quality, safety, and satisfaction. Address escalated patient concerns and medical issues promptly and effectively. Advanced degree in medicine (MBBS, MD, or equivalent). Proven experience in medical leadership or a similar role. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
