Shift Timing : 10.30 AM to 10.30 PM (Both side cab)

Position : Associate

Education Qualifications : Graduate or postgraduate in Law.

Experience : 0-1 years

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Client Management :

• Understand client requirements and expectations.
• Build a strong working relationship with clients based on faith, trust, and performance. Robust daily interaction with clients – calls, video calls, in person (when possible).
• Ensure a zero-surprise and accountable relationship with clients.
• Ensure compliance with client contracts and exceed client expectations.

Operations Management :

JOB EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

Job experience :

drafting, vetting, reviewing / redlining, and negotiating mid to high complexity and high value commercial contracts.

Domain Areas :

procurement contracts, RFPs, NDAs, Master Services Agreements, Statement of Work, Amendments, Schedules, Change Orders.
