Informatica / ETL Developer

Industry & Sector : Financial services and enterprise data management — building scalable, governed data pipelines and analytics-ready data platforms for internal and external stakeholders. This role operates within an on-site data engineering team focused on large-scale ETL and data integration initiatives across the organization.

Primary Job Title : Informatica ETL Developer

Location : India — On-site

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain end-to-end ETL pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter and / or Informatica Cloud to ingest, transform and deliver high-quality data to downstream warehouses.
• Author source-to-target mappings, mappings objects, workflows and sessions; implement reusable transformations and parameterization to support scalable deployments.
• Perform SQL tuning, PL / SQL development and optimize ETL jobs for performance across Oracle / Teradata environments.
• Troubleshoot job failures, implement robust error-handling, and implement monitoring / alerting for data pipelines to meet SLA requirements.
• Collaborate with data architects, BI developers and business analysts to translate functional requirements into technical designs and ensure data quality and lineage.
• Participate in deployment activities, version control, code reviews and maintain ETL documentation and runbooks.
