Job descriptionArchitect, design, and review scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. Actively contribute to coding, prototyping, and troubleshooting when needed. Lead teams in building applications using .NET Core, Python, Angular, React , and related frameworks. Ensure best practices in microservices, API design, DevOps, and cloud-native architectures. Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing engineering teams. Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation. Oversee software development lifecycle, from requirements to deployment. Implement robust security, compliance, and quality assurance processes. Partner with product, design, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role. Proven hands-on expertise in .NET Core, Python, Angular, React , and full-stack development. Strong background in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and DevOps practices. Proficiency in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and database design (SQL / NoSQL). Strong understanding of CI / CD pipelines, containerization (Docker / Kubernetes), and security best practices. Exceptional communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. Track record of scaling engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
