Talent Worx is seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and drive innovation within the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Technology Vision and Strategy : Develop and communicate an overarching technology strategy to support the company's business goals
• Team Leadership : Build, mentor, and lead high-performing technology and development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
• Innovation : Identify emerging technologies and trends, assessing their potential impact on the business and leading initiatives to capitalize on opportunities for growth
• Product Development : Oversee the lifecycle of product development from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with market needs and user experience
• Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with other executives and departments to ensure technology initiatives are well aligned with business objectives, providing insights on potential impacts and solutions
• Budget Management : Manage the technology budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve strategic priorities
• Risk Management : Establish and monitor policies for technology risk management, ensuring the security of the organization's information systems

Requirements

Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum of 10+ years in a technology leadership role, with a focus on aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
