Job Summary :

We are hiring a QA Specialist to ensure the quality, accuracy, and functionality of our digital learning products. The role includes testing online courses, interactive elements, and platform features to deliver a bug-free learning experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform manual and automated testing of online courses, UI components, and backend workflows.
• Identify, document, and report bugs, inconsistencies, or usability issues.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and content creators for iterative improvements.
• Validate LMS integration, course navigation, video playback, quizzes, and progress tracking.
• Maintain test plans, checklists, and QA documentation.
