Job description3–5+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field. Strong proficiency in SQL , Excel , and at least one statistical or scripting language (e.g., Python ). Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and storytelling abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Statistics , Public Health , Healthcare Administration , Computer Science , or related field. Excellent communication skills. Familiarity with FHIR , HL7 , and other healthcare data exchange standards. Experience with HEDIS , clinical interventions , and regulatory frameworks .
