Key Responsibilities :

• End-to-end recruitment delivery processes
• Participate in Business Calls for staffing with stakeholders
• Prioritize requirements based on business criticality
• Screen and shortlist profiles
• Conducting requirement reviews with the hiring manager to understand the requirement and exchange status updates.
• Conducting and managing recruitment drives for lateral levels on weekdays and on weekends.
• Follow up with the candidates for their paper formalities and their date of joining etc.
