Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who has proven experience in winning high-value clients and managing long-running business relationships.
This role combines consultative selling, strategy understanding, brand-leader networking, and strong ownership of revenue growth.
You will collaborate closely with founders and internal teams to convert business opportunities into long-term partnerships.
What You Will Do
1️⃣ Sales & Pipeline Growth
- Identify, engage and convert mid-market and enterprise brand opportunities
- Own proposals, pitching, negotiation, and closure
- Build a strong pipeline & ensure steady revenue inflow
- Unlock upselling & cross-selling : Social + Performance + Tech solutions
2️⃣ Strategic Client Leadership
Conduct deep brand requirement analysis and problem diagnosisPresent smart, structured marketing solutions aligned with business goalsBecome a trusted advisor to C-suite and marketing leadership3️⃣ Market Intelligence & Positioning
Track industry shifts, consumer trends, and competitorsIdentify category expansion opportunitiesRepresent BloomX at relevant industry events, meetings, and networks4️⃣ Internal Collaboration
Work tightly with strategy, performance, creative, tech & delivery teamsDrive strong handover and onboarding of new clientsMaintain accurate deal tracking and forecasting via CRM disciplineYour Experience & Strengths
