It empowers hotel leaders to make smarter, faster, and data-driven decisions—covering booking trends, channel performance, and revenue optimization opportunities.

As we move toward monetizing and scaling RG Insights, adoption and user engagement are central to our growth.

The Mission

Own the end-to-end strategy, development, and adoption of RG Insights, with a laser focus on user engagement, dashboard usability, and commercial value creation. Leverage your expertise in Tableau / Power BI and data visualization to build intuitive analytics experiences that delight users and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive Product Growth and User Adoption

• Increase active usage, feature adoption, and engagement metrics by delivering intuitive, high-performing dashboards.
• Implement continuous improvements based on user data, session analytics, and customer feedback.
• Build mechanisms to measure product stickiness (e.G., daily active users, session time, repeat logins).
