The Mission
Own the end-to-end strategy, development, and adoption of RG Insights, with a laser focus on user engagement, dashboard usability, and commercial value creation. Leverage your expertise in Tableau / Power BI and data visualization to build intuitive analytics experiences that delight users and drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive Product Growth and User Adoption
- Increase active usage, feature adoption, and engagement metrics by delivering intuitive, high-performing dashboards.
- Implement continuous improvements based on user data, session analytics, and customer feedback.
- Build mechanisms to measure product stickiness (e.g., daily active users, session time, repeat logins).
2. Deliver Insight-Rich Dashboards
Partner with Data, Design, and Engineering teams to launch and refine dashboards that simplify decision-making for hoteliers.Translate raw data into actionable insights that directly support commercial and pricing strategies.3. Commercial and Product Strategy Alignment
Collaborate with business leaders to define monetization levers and pricing models for RG Insights.Identify high-value data stories and packages that create new revenue opportunities.4. Cross-Functional Leadership and Execution Excellence
Lead cross-functional execution by partnering with engineering, marketing, and customer success.Present roadmap priorities and outcomes to leadership backed by data-driven justifications.5. User-Centric Product Evangelism
