Rayzon Solar is seeking a Mid-Level Sales professional to join our full-time team in Surat. The candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our market reach, focusing on both domestic and international clients. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sales management and a deep understanding of the solar energy market. Qualifications and Skills :

• Proficiency in Salesforce (Mandatory skill) to manage and track sales activities and customer data efficiently.
• Excellent negotiation techniques (Mandatory skill) to close deals with clients and secure profitable agreements.
• Experience in using CRM software to maintain customer relationships and drive sales growth.
• Familiarity with HubSpot for effective marketing and customer relationship management.
• Strong account management skills to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnership.
• Ability to analyze data to identify sales trends and tailor strategies accordingly for improved performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business development in a competitive market.
