💼 What You’ll Do
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in building client relationships and driving growth :
- Manage both inbound and outbound sales for MSME clients
- Conduct regular field visits to client sites to build strong relationships, understand business challenges firsthand, and present tailored solutions.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle – prospecting, pitching, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
- Ensure accuracy in the process of lead status, follow-ups, and timely reporting.
- Support in sales team reviews by sharing insights from the field, helping track performance metrics, and contributing ideas for improvement.
- Identify new industries and segments with growth potential; share actionable inputs with leadership for expansion strategy.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to refine your approach and maintain an edge.
- Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, operations, and marketing) to ensure smooth client onboarding and consistent service delivery.
- Contribute to sales planning and forecasting discussions with data-driven inputs from your territory and client portfolio.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Immediate joiners or currently serving notice periodPrior experience in B2B / consultative sales (preferably with MSMEs).Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable with both field and office-based work.Familiarity with CRM tools and data tracking.Educational background in the field of business, management, marketing🎁 What You’ll Get
