BazaarX.CO is a unified tech marketplace offering 500+ services across IT, Legal, HR, Finance, Marketing & Real Estate, designed to help startups and MSMEs grow efficiently.

About EarnX Karo

EarnX, our reseller and lead-sharing app, enables users to earn ₹200–₹5,00,000 per lead / sale from verified services across multiple sectors.

Roles & Responsibilities

Achieve ₹2–10 lakhs / month in sales and / or 1,00,000+ app installs.

Make client calls through Superfone CRM, update lead status, and maintain accurate data.

Field Sales (EarnX | Real Estate) : Client meetings, property visits, lead conversion, and relationship management.

Support onboarding of partners, agents, and EarnX users.

Requirements

Graduate / Post-Graduate (MBA / Sales / BD / Telemarketing background preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and Excel / CRM skills.

WFO / Hybrid

Ability to meet monthly targets and manage both field & inside sales.

Salary - 25-50k + variable, ; Based on experience and performance

Interview Location : BazaarX Office – ALT F, Subhash Chowk. (Mon|Wed|Fri 3 pm)
