We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Business Advisor to act as a trusted consultant for our key clients. In this role, you will gain deep insights into client objectives and challenges to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions that enhance growth, operational efficiency, and long-term value. You will lead strategic discussions, collaborate across departments, and ensure outstanding client experiences while driving revenue expansion and retention.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
- Work closely with sales, operations, and support teams to ensure consistent client experience.
- Respond promptly to client queries and manage requests efficiently.
- Support client onboarding and engagement activities.
- Maintain CRM records and update engagement activities.
- Daily update on the CRM tool regarding the workflow.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by providing proactive support and regular follow-ups
