Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Marketing & Communication
Manage content distribution across social media platforms.
Execute Email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns (including follow-up calls).
Track engagement and prepare daily / weekly performance reports.
2. Performance Marketing & Analytics
Plan and run paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and other platforms.
Manage marketing automation workflows and CRM integrations.
Analyze and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Prepare and present campaign performance reports.
3. PR, Branding & Partnerships
Build and maintain PR & media relations.
Manage affiliate and influencer marketing partnerships.
Execute offline marketing initiatives and brand activation.
Develop strategies to strengthen overall brand positioning.
4. Content & Creative Development
Design and edit basic creatives (graphics + video editing).
Create engaging content for posts, reels, blogs, and campaigns.
Explore AI-driven content creation and manage UGC campaigns.
Collaborate with the team for storytelling and brand communication

Requirements Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email / WhatsApp platforms, automation tools). Familiarity with design & video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Adobe Suite, etc.). Strong communication and networking skills (PR, affiliates, influencer). Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and improve performance. Creativity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
