Site Engineer (Telecom)

Job descriptionOversee and execute construction and maintenance activities related to railway telecommunication systems Ensure timely delivery and quality compliance of telecom-related infrastructure in line with railway project requirements Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for the planning and implementation of telecom works Review technical drawings, plans, and documentation related to telecommunication systems Supervise on-site activities to ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and operational guidelines Ensure compliance with Indian Railways and associated PSU standards in all project phases Maintain and troubleshoot telecom systems to ensure uninterrupted communication services during construction and operations Prepare technical reports, track project progress, and provide updates to management and client authorities Liaise with project partners, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of telecom engineering tasks Stay updated on advancements and best practices in railway telecom systems and integrate them as needed
