Position Overview :

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Controls Training Engineer with expertise in gas turbine systems and a solid understanding of controls software engineering. The ideal candidate will have experience in UI / UX screen development, HMI (Human-Machine Interface), network architecture, modeling, and simulation. This role requires excellent communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching and engaging with team members and newcomers.

Key Responsibilities

• Training Development : Design and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on controls engineering principles, gas turbine operations, and software applications.
• Content Creation : Develop instructional materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises that facilitate effective learning.
• Software Engineering Support : Collaborate with the engineering team to enhance controls software solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices in UI / UX design.
• HMI Development : Contribute to the design and implementation of user-friendly HMI systems that improve operator interaction with gas turbine controls.
• Modeling & Simulation : Utilize modeling and simulation tools to demonstrate control strategies and system behaviors during training sessions.
• Team Engagement : Foster a collaborative learning environment by actively engaging with team members, encouraging questions, and facilitating discussions.
• Mentorship : Provide guidance and support to new employees, helping them acclimate to the company culture and technical processes.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in controls engineering to continuously enhance training content and methodologies.
