Trainer (SAP or ERP Software)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Train employees to improve their knowledge on the Vistex suite of products.
• Conduct formal and informal classes to varying audiences and skill levels on the business process and technical steps needed to implement and utilize the software at a Vistex facility or at the customer's location
• Articulate complex material in an easy to understand, structured form in both English and Hindi
• Ability and flexibility to adapt the training materials to sessions of varying lengths and audience sizes who possess varying skill sets
• Work closely with Training team to update training materials and create delta classes as new releases of the software are rolled out
• Analyze training needs and develop strategies to improve courses and documentation
• Proactively manage, report, and troubleshoot issues that occur while training
• Provides feedback to management regarding process improvements and content gaps
• Handle related duties as assigned by Training Manager
• Travel required depending on training requirements (10-20%)
