Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Noida. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource practices and processes. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting and onboarding new employees, handling employee relations, maintaining and developing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing payroll and benefits, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

Experience 2-5 years in recruiting, onboarding, and developing HR policies

Strong understanding of employee relations and compliance with labor laws

Proficiency in payroll management and benefits administration

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
