Key Responsibilities :
Solution Deployment & Technical Support :
- Provide support in architecting and deploying optimized solutions with industry best practices.
- Assist in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and partner support.
- Handle product queries, design support, RMA (warranty) and service requests, both online and offline.
Partner & Sales Enablement :
Conduct partner orientation trainings and product / technical certification programs.Support pre-sales activities by reviewing technical requirements and assisting in preparation of technical offers with design optimization.Organize knowledge-sharing sessions for sales teams and partners to build technical competency.Advisory & Industry Practices :
Provide technical advisory and update sales teams with competition benchmarking and industry best practices.Ensure standardization and differentiation in solution offerings.Skills Required
