Role Purpose :

To ensure successful adoption and value realisation, we seek a seasoned, enterprise-grade Head of Change Management to design and lead a holistic change management strategy that aligns people, processes, and technology.
This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in organisational change, cultural alignment, and stakeholder management.
The ideal candidate will bring global corporate experience, strong executive presence, and world-class credentials (including Prosci certification) to drive sustainable change.
