About the Role :

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and emerging ad networks to scale our course enrollments and revenue.

Your goal will be to drive leads, conversions, and revenue through data-driven strategies, A / B testing, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google and Meta Ads.

Conduct keyword, audience, and creative testing to improve CTR and ROI.

Collaborate with design and content teams to build conversion-focused creatives and landing pages.

Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights.

Manage and track ad budgets, ensuring efficient spend across channels.

Implement tracking and conversion pixels accurately.

Report weekly and monthly performance metrics to leadership.

Qualifications :

1–3 years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns.

Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Analytics tools.

Experience with A / B testing, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking.

Data-driven, analytical mindset with strong Excel / Sheets skills.

Collaborative team player comfortable with cross-functional workflows.

Fluency in English and Hindi required.
