Company DescriptionWe are hiring for a large listed NBFC which is into Rural LAP and Gold LoansRole DescriptionThe Head of Finance & Accounts will oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, manage financial reporting, budgeting, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. t he candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining internal controls, managing cash flow, and ensuring accurate financial data for business operations. The role involves leading financial planning and analysis, developing financial strategies, and supporting executive management in strategic decision making. Its a defacto deputy CFO role .Must have QualificationsCA with 15+ years of experienceMust be in a similar role for rural focused HFC or NBFC .Would have handled a gamut of activities across, Accounts, FPA, Treasury.Ability to present to a high powered boardAdvanced knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial managementExceptional leadership and team management abilitiesTotal CTC on Offer ~ 1 cr.(Fixed + Variable) + ESOPs
