Head of Treasury

We are looking for a seasoned finance professional to lead the treasury function with 12–15 years of experience in cash flow management, liquidity planning, working capital optimization, and financial risk management. The role involves building strong relationships with banks and financial institutions, negotiating credit facilities, and ensuring compliance with FEMA, RBI, and corporate governance standards. The ideal candidate is a CA / MBA (Finance) with proven expertise in financial modelling, debt negotiation, strategic treasury planning, and regulatory compliance, along with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end treasury strategy aligned with business goals.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and rating agencies.
• Negotiate credit facilities, debt terms, and banking services for optimal support.
• Oversee financial risk management including FX, interest rate, and credit risks.
• Ensure compliance with FEMA, RBI, and internal governance frameworks.
• Provide regular treasury reports, financial analysis, and forecasts to senior management.
• Drive process excellence, internal controls, and audit readiness within treasury operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and capital efficiency.
