Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for dynamic Human Resources (HR) professionals based in Bengaluru. The HR professional will handle various HR-related tasks, including HR Management, designing and implementing HR Policies, managing Employee Benefits, and overseeing Personnel Management. They will work closely with different departments to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills

Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies

Experience with Employee Benefits management

Skills in Personnel Management

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively with different teams

Prior experience in a related field is beneficial

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
