ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working closely with the client HR team, Hiring Managers to understand the requirements and cascade to backend delivery SPOC for smooth functioning
- Managing stakeholders (Client Hiring Managers, Back-end Delivery team, candidate management etc.)
- Maximizing the mandate inflow to Peoplefy & working closely with the Head-Ops, so as to meet or exceed client expectations.
- Ensuring client delight through effective coordination
- Participating actively in weekly Review calls with the backend delivery SPOC & Account Head and monitoring basis the plan to avoid any deviation / escalation.
- Escalation management & proactive solution provider : proactive and highlighting issues / challenges / concerns raised by the client, if any
- Supporting the client HR team in other transactional areas, if requested
- Maintaining daily / weekly MIS

Experience into Recruiting / coordination for Technical HiringExperience Range : Minimum 6+ Years of Experience in IT recruitmentStrong exposure in of IT skills / tech stacks and solid stakeholder managementExperience working in RPO / client facing rolesMust be good with Data Management and ReportsNotice Period : Immediate joiners to 15 daysRecruitment Life cycle, Stake holder Management, Team Management with cross-functional teams.Skills Required
