• Champion process efficiency : build and optimize agile workflows (sprints, stand-ups, retros) that keep the team focused and shipping smoothly.
• Bridge communication between creative and technical disciplines : ensuring clarity, alignment, and fast decision-making.
• Identify risks early : forecast roadblocks, manage dependencies, and develop contingency plans before issues become problems.
• Collaborate with Producers and Product Managers to balance creative ambition, technical constraints, and delivery goals.
• Report progress transparently : provide clear, data-driven updates to studio leadership, highlighting wins, challenges, and next steps.
• Drive continuous improvement : Support post-mortem analysis to improve production processes and workflows. Refine or improve production tools, task tracking, and documentation to scale efficiency across multiple projects.

Work Experience :

6-8 years total experience, including 4+ years in project or production management within gaming or digital entertainment.

Proven experience managing mobile or game projects from start to finish in an agile environment.
