This role will focus on managing customer relationship management (CRM) systems and executing personalized, automated, and data-driven marketing campaigns to engage, retain, and grow our customer base. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer journeys, email and lifecycle marketing, and using data insights to drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities :

CRM Management :

• Manage day-to-day operations of the CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and proper integration with other marketing and sales tools.
• Collaborate with IT / Engineering teams to ensure smooth CRM functionality and data synchronization.
• Strong understanding of CRM strategies, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
