Designation - Business Development Executive

Experience - 1- 3 years in B2B sales

Location - Mumbai

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calling to reach out to potential clients and decision-makers (CFOs, CKOs, etc.).
  • Work on given leads as well as generate new leads through research and networking.
  • Present and pitch BYLD's products and services effectively to clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall business goals.
  • Maintain CRM records and report progress on a regular basis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development or Sales (B2B / B2C preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
  • A passion for sales and the desire to build a long-term career in business development.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and a quick learner.
  • Prior experience in dealing with corporate clients or decision-makers is a plus.
