Starting with organizing domestic group tours, Awaiting Adventures focuses on creating tailor-made and budget-friendly travel experiences for young travelers.
Skill Requirements :
MS Excel, MS Office, Good Communication in English & Hindi.
Day-to-day responsibilities :
Making quotations, travel itineraries, and tour packages, and providing cost details to the customers.
Handling queries, promotional calls and sending ready packages.
Arranging hotel booking, Train / flight booking, and other transport bookings as per the travel itineraries in a very effective and systematic manner to optimize time slots and priority.
Communicating with suppliers & service providers
Following up with customers for feedback about their experience of the tour and service
Help clients identify their ideal travel package based on their suggestions and requirements
Study and assimilate all information regarding travel destinations such as prices, weather, demand, etc.
Maintain a good relationship with our customers
Negotiate any customizations or modifications requested and accommodate to the best level possible
Resolve any problem that arises regarding the trip for the customer
Update a database containing client details and their travel information
Update a database for client enquiries and ad enquiries.
Stay up to date on domestic and international travel trends
Qualifications :
Relevant degree in Tourism
