Role : Operations Executive (Mini Founder Mindset)

You will handle day-to-day operations and ensure smooth service delivery across Woo Studio.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate with customers, service partners, and internal teams

Manage bookings, schedules, and real-time issue resolution

Ensure quality execution and customer satisfaction

Take ownership of daily numbers and process improvements

Help build new systems, SOPs, and operational workflows

Work closely with the founders on fast-paced problem solving

Drive growth through smart planning and execution
