Now, we’re opening the doors for an ambitious Growth & Marketing Intern to join the Founder’s Office - a rare opportunity to operate at the nerve center of a startup primed for breakout growth. This isn’t the kind of internship where you fetch lattes and fade into the background. This is a front-row seat to the chaos, clarity, and creative combustion of real startup life. You’ll work directly with the Founder, solving problems that matter, experimenting with strategies that scale, and creating content that converts.
What You’ll Actually Do (No, Not Admin Work)
- Engineer high-impact outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email—think 50+ new connections a week that open doors.
- Shape Enigma’s voice across Instagram, LinkedIn, X / Twitter, and YouTube; creating scroll-stopping content, short-form videos, and SEO-fueled posts.
- Support growth experiments and marketing funnels with tools like Google Analytics, ChatGPT, and more.
- Assist in recruitment and operations, helping us build the team and the engine at once.
- Shadow and support the Founder across daily strategy, campaign launches, and startup decision-making.
