Job Title : Manager - Digital Lending Partnerships

About the Role :

We're looking for a hands-on professional to manage our lending and digital partnership operations. In this role, you'll handle end-to-end lending operations, manage partner relationships, and support business growth through account management and onboarding new partners.

This role combines operational excellence with business development, offering exposure to fintechs, NBFCs, and BC partners to strengthen our lending ecosystem.

What You'll Do :

• Own account management and business development : maintain strong partner relationships and onboard new fintechs, NBFCs, and BC partners.
• Manage co-lending operations, including disbursement, in-file journey oversight, reconciliations, payment allocation, and compliance checks.
• Coordinate with partners and internal teams (product, credit, risk, legal, technology) to streamline processes, resolve operational issues, and implement partnership-led lending journeys.
• Structure partnership models like co-lending, embedded finance, and referral arrangements.
• Prepare and present MIS and performance reports, highlighting disbursals, case status, and partner metrics.
• Track and monitor partner performance, ensuring business targets for applications, approvals, disbursals, and conversions are met.
• Stay updated on market trends, fintech innovations, and regulatory changes in the digital lending space.
