Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an LLB student. The position is located in Ahmedabad. The primary responsibilities include assisting in legal research, drafting legal documents, conducting case analysis, and supporting the legal team in various tasks. The role also involves attending court hearings, preparing case summaries, and maintaining case files. Additionally, the candidate will assist in corporate legal functions and compliance management.

Qualifications

• Legal Research and Case Analysis skills
• Drafting Legal Documents and Preparing Case Summaries skills
• Experience with Corporate Legal Functions and Compliance Management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Law (LLB) or currently pursuing an LLB
• Experience in a corporate legal environment is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
