Senior Sage X3 Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sage X3 Consultant responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and support of Sage X3 ERP across various industry verticals. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored ERP solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle Sage X3 ERP implementations including scoping, requirements gathering, configuration, customization, testing, training, and go-live support
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in Sage X3 modules such as Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, and Projects
• Analyze client business processes to identify areas for system optimization and improvement
• Configure and customize Sage X3 to meet business requirements, including workflows, reports, user roles, and integrations
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting
• Develop and deliver client training and documentation
• Collaborate with internal technical / development teams for customizations and integrations
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insight and recommendations
• Lead and mentor junior consultants on projects
