Job descriptionMinimum 8-10 years of experience in HVAC system design and execution. Knowledge of ASHRAE, IS Code, IEC code, NBC, NFPA, Green building codes, CPCB / SPCB, CGWA / SGWA. Proficiency in MS Office package, Auto CAD, SAP, and MS Project. Excellent communication & inter-personal skills.
Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of MEP projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage project trackers, supervise agencies, and support vendors in adhering to approved drawings, BOQ specifications, and schedules.
- Coordinate with plant teams on shutdowns, ensure 100% safety of workers, and validate bills against actual usage.
- Execute construction according to approved drawings and BOQ specifications, conduct site visits, and prepare snag lists.
