We’re Hiring : Senior Systems Engineer(L3) – RMM, Azure, and Network Automation - Mandatory Experience in either Kaseya, Automate, and Connect Wise

Please note that this is a L3 Level role and need someone to be an Expert in either of the RMM Tools ( Kaseya, Automate, and Connect Wise)

About the Role

We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer with deep expertise in Remote Monitoring & Management Tools, Azure / Entra Platform Management, and Advanced Networking. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical proficiency, automation experience, and a passion for optimizing IT infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments

Key Responsibilities & Expertise

RMM Tools & Automation

Proficient in Kaseya, Automate, and Connect Wise RMM

Strong experience in automation scripting and deployment

Expertise in system monitoring, patch management, and remediation workflows

Azure / Entra Platform

Expert-level knowledge of Entra ID, Intune, and Share Point

Hands-on experience with migrations from on-prem Active Directory and file servers to Azure

Familiarity with licensing, security, and compliance best practices within Microsoft 365

Advanced Networking & Troubleshooting

Strong skills in configuring and managing routers and switches

Proficient in subnetting, VLANs, firewall rules, and content filtering

Experience with VPN configurations (branch office and point-to-point)

Ability to design and troubleshoot complex multi-site network environments

Microsoft Server Operating Systems

Advanced knowledge of Windows Server administration and troubleshooting

Proficiency in Power Shell scripting and automation

Strong understanding of domain, Group Policy, and system-level issue resolution
