Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Investment Banking Coverage team, specializing in the Real Estate sector. The ideal candidate will bring deep sector expertise and strong client relationship skills to drive strategic advisory and capital markets transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead coverage and origination efforts for Real Estate clients, including developers, REITs, and institutional investors.
- Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships to identify and execute strategic opportunities.
- Drive end-to-end execution of transactions including M&A, equity and debt capital raising, and structured financing.
- Collaborate with product teams (ECM, DCM, M / &A) to deliver integrated solutions.
- Provide sector insights and thought leadership to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to talent development within the coverage group.
Required Experience & Skills
Proven experience in Real Estate sector - could be from corporate strategy, equity research, consulting or investment banking roles.Strong track record in executing complex deals (M&A, capital markets, structured finance).Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring skillsAbility to engage with senior stakeholders and manage long-term relationships.Demonstrated capability to lead teams and manage multiple workstreams under tight timelines.Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.Education
MBA / CA / CFA or equivalent qualification preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Minimum 6–12 years of relevant experience. Deep understanding of Real Estate market dynamics, regulatory environment, and investor landscape.
