Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Production Engineer specializing in Electronics. The Production Engineer will be responsible for managing production processes, planning, and ensuring product quality standards. Additional day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting, implementing production improvements, and closely coordinating with the team to optimize operations. The role also involves analyzing production systems and contributing to enhanced manufacturing efficiency.

Qualifications

Expertise in SMD Soldering & Rework

Experience in PCB Testing, Quality Control and maintaining production standards

Effective Communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team setting

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electronics or a related field

Experience in electronics manufacturing is a plus

Knowledge of industry-standard tools and technologies is preferred
