Position : Telecaller (Collection Process)Location : TurbheJob Type : Full-timeExperience : Fresher / Experience welcomeImmediate Joiners PreferredJob Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to customers for loan collection.Follow up on overdue payments and negotiate payment plans.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment updates.Communicate effectively with customers in a clear and polite manner.Address customer queries and concerns regarding loan repayment.Ensure timely and efficient collection in compliance with company policies.Key Requirements : Basic English.SSC / HSC pass or higher qualification.DRA certification is preferred, but not mandatory.Fresher candidates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Immediate joining preferred.Skills and Attributes : Strong communication skills (verbal in Hindi marathi and writting basic in English ).Ability to handle difficult customer situations.Good negotiation and persuasion skills.Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
