Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode for a Social Media Manager cum Strategist. The successful candidate will oversee the development and execution of social media strategies, manage content across various platforms, and optimize social media channels to drive engagement. Responsibilities also include creating and managing content calendars, identifying trends, and analyzing performance metrics to continuously improve results. The role requires close collaboration with the marketing team to align strategies with broader business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in developing Content Strategies
• Skilled in Writing, with attention to tone, consistency, and engagement
• Experience with data-driven decision-making through analytics and insights
• Ability to stay updated with social media trends and platform developments
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3+ Years of experience in a similar role is a plus
