Summary
- Provide analytics support to Novartis internal customers (CPOs & Regional marketing and sales teams) on various low-medium complexity analytical reports. -Support and facilitate data enabled decision making for Novartis internal customers by providing and communicating qualitative and quantitative analytics. -Support GBS -GCO business in building practice by involving in various initiatives like knowledge sharing, on-boarding and training support, support team lead in all business related tasks / activities, building process documentation and knowledge repositories -To be an integral part of a comprehensive design team responsible for designing promotional marketing materials.

Design and evaluate innovative solutions that address evolving customer needsBuild strategic partnerships through co-creation with internal and external stakeholdersCoordinate project plans across design, development, and production stagesCollaborate with brand, technical, and cross-functional teams to maximize value deliveryInterface with global and local brand teams for project planning and analyticsStandardize reporting across brands, data sources, and platformsCommunicate effectively with stakeholders through regular updates and best practicesTrack time, KPIs, and reporting in alignment with internal proceduresEnsure compliance with Novartis legal, IT, and HR operating standardsIdentify and report adverse events using established Novartis systemsEssential Requirements
Graduate or postgraduate degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Engineering4–5 years of experience in data analytics within pharma, market research, or KPO settingsFamiliarity with Salesforce, Genesys, and patient support applicationsProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and JIRA-Xray for analytics and reportingStrong understanding of testing tools, methodologies, and defect tracking systemsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailProven communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilitiesExperience working in cross-cultural, international environments with customer service orientationDesirable Requirements
