Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team and create a marketing plan along with the marketing budget.
Coordinate with the marketing agencies and get the marketing collaterals designed by sharing the inputs.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Handle day-to-day management of company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
Monitor trends and competitor activities to keep content fresh and innovative.
Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Monitor ROI, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates to optimize campaigns.
Track and analyse website traffic, social media insights, and campaign performance.
Prepare monthly digital marketing reports with actionable insights.
Assist in SEO efforts : keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlinks.
Coordinate with web team for landing pages, blog updates, and lead forms.
Work closely with the sales, branding, and CRM teams to ensure consistent messaging and lead nurturing.
Coordinate with the social media team and printing vendors.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate industry experience is a plus).
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, SEO tools, Canva / Photoshop, CRM platforms .
Strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and paid campaigns .
Excellent communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
