The role involves installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of machine vision systems at customer sites. It requires strong technical acumen, problem-solving ability, and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support, debugging, and system maintenance.
• Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of machine vision systems.
• Operate and fine-tune vision tools for optimal system performance.
• Work with PLC and robotic systems under guidance.
• Handle hands-eye and single camera setups.
• Deliver basic training, technical clarifications, and support to clients.
• Maintain detailed installation logs and issue-tracking reports.
• Execute predefined setups, basic scripting, and troubleshooting tasks.
