Job Summary

We are seeking a

Field Service Engineer / On-Site Support Engineer

with expertise in

Machine Vision Systems . The role involves

installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair

of machine vision systems at customer sites. It requires strong technical acumen, problem-solving ability, and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

Provide

on-site support, debugging, and system maintenance .

Perform

installation, configuration, and troubleshooting

of machine vision systems.

Operate and fine-tune

vision tools

for optimal system performance.

Work with

PLC and robotic systems

under guidance.

Handle

hands-eye and single camera setups .

Deliver

basic training, technical clarifications, and support

to clients.

Maintain detailed

installation logs and issue-tracking reports .

Execute

predefined setups, basic scripting, and troubleshooting

tasks.

Key Qualifications

2–8 years

of experience in

industrial cameras, barcode scanners, and 2D cameras .

Proficiency in

Cognex, Keyence, and OPT systems .

Strong

problem-solving and optimization skills

to enhance production efficiency.

Good understanding of

machine vision applications

in industrial environments.

Strong

communication and teamwork skills

with a customer-focused approach.
